Gridiron Capital Promotes Kotz to Vice President
New Canaan CT, March 2009 — Gridiron Capital, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter C. Kotz to Vice President.
Mr. Kotz is responsible for deal sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio management. He joined Gridiron Capital in 2008 from Altus Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on buyouts of lower middle-market companies, and Resource Financial Corporation, an investment bank. Mr. Kotz is a graduate of Boston College with a B.S. in Finance. Mr. Kotz also holds an M.B.A. with honors from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He serves as President and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Private Equity Network (CPEN).
