Josh S. Gault

Mr. Gault has experience in leveraged buyout transactions and mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Gridiron Capital in 2007, Mr. Gault worked in investment banking with Lehman Brothers, based in New York, NY. He was a member of the firm’s Global Financial Sponsors Group where he worked extensively with Sponsors in the consumer, retail, industrial, media and healthcare industries. Prior to this, Mr. Gault worked in Lehman’s Natural Resources Group, where he focused on the integrated oil and gas, chemicals, Master Limited Partnership, and midstream and pipeline sectors. Mr. Gault graduated with a B.A. in history from Dartmouth College.
